Interface Name |
Displays the name of the network interface. The order in which devices are detected is not guaranteed to match the physical port ordering of the device. Click on the hyperlink
under Interface Name to view NIC
information.
A network interface controller is a hardware interface that handles and
allows a network capable device access to a network (like the
Internet).

Vendor | Name of the company that sells the network interface. |
Description | Type and model number of the network interface. |
Connection Status | The options are Unknown, Connected, Disconnected, Disabled, Driver Not Installed Or Not Functioning, Resetting, Closing, Adapter Not Ready and Not Obtained. |
Slot | Displays the type of slot (for example - embedded). |
Interface Name | Displays the name of the team interface. Click on the hyperlink under Interface Name to view team information. |
Vendor | Name of the company that sells the network interface. |
Description | Displays the team description. |
